How to Place an Order

Please, follow the steps below to place an order on the kelleyboutiques.com website.

How to add, view and edit items in your 'Shopping Cart'

• To add an item to your 'Shopping Cart' simply click the blue "Add to Cart" button located near the top, right hand corner of any item's description page.
  
  
• To view any item(s) placed into your 'Shopping Cart' simply click the blue "View Cart" link located above the "Add to Cart" button.
  
  
• To edit quantities in your 'Shopping Cart' double-click in the Quantity box then edit your quantity. Be sure to click the blue "Update" button located below the Subtotal box.
  
  
• You can proceed to 'Checkout' by either clicking the "Checkout" link above the "Add To Cart" button on the item description page or by clicking the blue "Checkout" button on the 'Shopping Cart' page located below the Subtotal box.

How to complete the 'Order Form'

1. Complete the form on the 'Shipping Calculator' page then click the blue "Continue" button. (Note; all fields required)
   
   
2. Verify your order details at the top of the 'Shipping & Billing Details' page and select a Shipping Method.
   
   
3. If you are a repeat customer enter your 'Username' and 'Password' in the fields provided in the 'Login to Existing Account' box, then click the blue "Login" button below. All shipping and billing info along with your name and email address will be filled in for you.
   
   If you are a new customer create a 'username' and 'password' in the 'Create an Account' section and complete the 'Shipping Information' section. (Note; all fields with a red * next to them are required fields and must be completed)
   
   If your billing info is the same as your shipping info click the "Same as Shipping Information" button. Otherwise, click the "Enter new Billing Information" button and enter your billing info exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
   
   
4. Be sure to read our 'Privacy Policy' and check the box next to where is says "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy ", if you agree. Next, click the black "NEXT STEP" button at the bottom of the page to proceed.
   
   
5. Verify your 'Order Details' and pricing along with your shipping and billing information near the top of the page .
   
   
6. Next, review our 'Guarantee Policy' and 'Return Policy'.
   
   
7. At last, fill in your credit card information in the fields provided in the 'Checkout Options' section and click the blue "Charge My Credit Card" button at the bottom of the page.
   
   

Order Acceptance

You will see an invoice that will also be e-mailed to you to confirm your order at your provided email address. You should also receive a receipt from our Payment Gateway provider with your transaction reference number and transaction amount once your transaction is processed.
