Our Delivery Guarantee
Our packaging methods help ensure your item(s) will arrive in excellent condition. Though we have no control how the item(s) are handled once they leave our facility; we still guarantee that your purchased item(s) will arrive in good condition or we will replace the item(s).
If no replacement item(s) are available to ship within 3 business days, we will upon your request refund the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping.
You must contact us within 24hrs to ensure the claim gets filed within the allowable time limit. Please, do not return the item(s) to Kelleyboutiques. Do not discard the item(s), the packaging, or the packing slip. The carrier will need to inspect these items upon pick-up.
Our Return and Exchange Policy
You may return an item in its original unused condition for refund within 14 days of the shipment date. All returned items are subject to reinstatement of any suspended shipping charges*. See 'Example 1: ITEM RETURN' below for clarification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

You may return an item in its original unused condition for exchange of another item within 14 days of the shipment date. All exchanged items are subject to reinstatement of any suspended shipping charges*. See 'Example 2: ITEM EXCHANGE' below for clarification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will issue, to you, a coupon code of the remaining store credit for you to use when you place your order online for the item you want to exchange for.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
You must contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your order to obtain a 'Return Authorization Number' and 'Return Address'. You will need to write the 'Return Authorization Number' on your packing slip in the box labeled "RMA", and on the outside of the shipping container.
We will make every effort to process returned items within 7 – 10 business days. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit refund to your credit card statement.

Example 1: ITEM RETURN
Let's say, you order an item from kelleyboutiques.com and the cost of the item is $200.00. As a token of our appreciation for your business we suspend the outgoing shipping charges*. Let's say for this example the shipping charges are $25.00. Your credit card is charged only the cost of the item, which in this example is $200.00. We then ship the item to the ship to address you provided with your order.
Now you receive the item and decide, for any reason, you want to return the item. You contact us within 48 hours of the time you received the item for a 'Return Authorization Number' and ship the item back to KelleyBoutiques.
Then we receive the item in its original unused condition with all the tags still attached and accessories included.
When we process your return we will deduct any suspended shipping charges* ($25.00) we paid to ship the item to you
( $200.00 - $25.00 = $175.00 )
You receive an adjustment or credit of $175.00 to your credit card account.
Example 2: ITEM EXCHANGE
Let's say, you order an item from kelleyboutiques.com and the cost of the item is $200.00. As a token of our appreciation for your business we suspend the outgoing shipping charges*. Let's say for this example the shipping charges are $25.00. Your credit card is charged only the cost of the item, which in this example is $200.00. We then ship the item to the ship to address you provided with your order.
Now you receive the item and decide, for any reason, you want to exchange the item for something else. You contact us within 48 hours of the time you received the item and inform us of your intent to exchange. We issue a 'Return Authorization Number' and you ship the item back to KelleyBoutiques.
Then we receive the item in its original unused condition with all the tags still attached and accessories included.
When we process your return for exchange we will deduct any suspended shipping charges* ($25.00) we paid to ship the item to you
( $200.00 - $25.00 = $175.00 )
You receive a coupon code of $175.00 to use when you place your order online for the item you want to exchange for. Should the item you are exchanging for be of lessor value than that of your coupon code, we will at your request either issue another coupon code for the remaining store credit or issue an adjustment or credit to your credit card account.
